These Terms of Use govern access to brevocasino.uk (the “Site”) operated by BrevoCasino. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Site. BrevoCasino is an editorial comparison platform. We are not a gambling operator, we do not accept bets, and we do not hold player funds.

1. Eligibility

14. Suspension and termination

15. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.

16. Severability

If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force. The unenforceable clause will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable while preserving intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and BrevoCasino regarding Site use and supersede prior informal statements on the same subject.

19. Ratings and offer language

Ratings express editorial judgement, not a certification mark. Bonus phrases such as “Welcome Bonus — see site” mean you must confirm the live package on the operator’s pages. 20. Force majeure and availability
